For any cancellation received until 11 January 2026, less an administrative fee equal to 10 percent of your registration fee (in EUR)
For any cancellation received after 11 January 2026, no refund will be made
All bank charges involved in the transactions are paid by the participant
Any request for refund must be addressed to secretariado@spq.pt
Refunds will be handled after the Conference
